Turtlenecks and mock necks fit closer to the body. Size up to layer a shirt underneath.
Cable knits and heavyweight sweaters feel snugger than lightweight knits in the same size.
Knit polos and tees fit like your usual t-shirt size.

Loose-fit styles already have extra room, so your usual size will feel relaxed.
Cropped styles are shorter by design. Check the body length on the product page.
Mock necks and polo collars can feel snug at the neck. If you're between sizes, go up.
