We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including materials, colors, and measurements.

Colors: product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, and lighting. We cannot guarantee that your display will show colors exactly as they appear in person.

Sizing and measurements: fit varies by style. Each product page lists the measurements for that item, and our Size Guide provides general sizing guidance. Measurements may vary slightly between individual pieces due to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Materials: fiber content and care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment's care label. Please follow the care label to maintain the fit and quality of your item.

Product origin: NorthernSweater is a brand inspired by Maine. Our products are designed and selected by us and manufactured by trusted third-party partners. We do not claim that our products are made in Maine or in the United States.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 – ORDERS, BILLING, AND PAYMENT

Order acceptance: your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities per person, household, or order, and cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment: we accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your full card details. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Billing: payment is charged when your order is placed. Charges will appear on your statement as NORTHERNSWEATER. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Accurate information: you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address, billing address, and shipping address, and to update it promptly if it changes. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Estimated processing time is1 business day, and estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Full details, including costs, delivery times, and what to do if a package is lost or delayed, are in our Shipping Policy.
